These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the DI-VOSH website and the automotive services we provide. By booking a service or using this site, you accept these terms.

1. Services

DI-VOSH provides computer diagnostics, wheel alignment, scheduled maintenance, detailing car wash and the sale and fitting of spare parts and accessories. Every job is preceded by an agreed estimate.

2. Bookings & estimates

A booking request submitted through this site is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment, until we contact you to agree a time. Estimates are based on the information you provide; the final price may change if additional faults are discovered, and only after your approval.

3. Warranty

Workmanship is covered by a limited warranty for the period stated on your service document. Parts carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. The warranty does not cover misuse, accident damage, or further work performed elsewhere.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles and ordered parts remain our property until paid for in full.

5. Liability

We perform all work with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, DI-VOSH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing faults not part of the agreed work. Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle.

All text, design and graphics on this website are the property of DI-VOSH and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kyiv.
